"Flex" Rings? (and other questions)

Hi Experts!

Our wedding is 10 months away, but it''s never too soon to start looking for the wedding bands, right? My ering is the Mark Morrell Flame. I''m looking for an eternity band to go with it. My first question is, what is a "flexible ring? I saw it on the Tiffany and Whiteflash websites. Can someone explain this to me?

My second question: Since I have a MWM and it sits quite low on my finger, what kind of eternity band would work well with it? Is a shared prong lower than a uprong? I''ve read Tiffany bands are notorious for being quite low, however, I refuse to pay the mark-up for the name. Does anyone know if BGD makes really low profile bands?

Okay, one last question. Does anyone know the mm width of the Flame? I''d like the eternity band to be about the same width as my ering. My guess is that it''s somewhere between 2.5 and 3 mm. Does anyone know for sure?

A flex ring is a flexible ring. I''ve seen the Tiffany one, I love it. It''s bezel set and set like links to a bracelet, just waaaaay smaller. Since it conforms to the shape of your finger, it''s super comfortable too.

As for your other questions, sorry, I don''t know the answer. Good luck in the search for your perfect wedding band!

I think BGD can make eternities at different heights. You should email Mark to see what the mm is on the Flame.

Do you want the wedding band to sit flush or are you okay with a slight gap? Because if I recall, the matching Flame bands that Mark has on the site all have a bit of a curve or dip to them, right?

LB, I''m okay with there being a gap between the rings. I''m not a huge fan of the curved wband to accompany the ering. I want something that can be worn alone if I don''t wear my ering. I''ve emailed Brian and I''m just waiting for a response. Fingers crossed!

I''ve always been intrigued by the Zydo flex rings at WF. Never bought one, but they''re on the wishlist! Let us know how yours ends up if you do it.
