Flaw or Reflection

I have yet another question regarding my recently purchased stone. My husband, of 9 years, wishes that I would pay as much attention to him as I do to my diamonds.

Anyway...

I have a 1.80, Round, VS2, F stone. A little bit up from the culet, there is a perfectly round line around the circumference of the stone. Is this a reflection of the facets or a really bad flaw. Please advise.

I sounds like you ar seeing the reflection of the table of the stone in the pavilion. This would be normal.
