First diamond purchase - help me decide between 2 stones!

Hey all,

I've spent quiet a bit of time here researching how to go about choosing a great stone for an engagement ring, and have narrowed it down to 2 that I'm considering (both eye clean, and AGS000). My top choice is on hold, and I just want to be sure that I'm making the right choice before committing to buying it. Any feedback is welcome and appreciated!

Looking for: ~0.7 to 0.8 carats, H or higher, SI1 or higher, the best cut I can get within the budget (~$3600 max)

Choice #1:
0.755 cts, F, SI1, ACA Super Ideal
Depth % 61.1
Table % 56.7
Pavilion Angle 40.6
Crown % 15.1




Choice #2:
0.744 cts, H, VS2, AGS Ideal 000
Depth % 61.3
Table % 56.6
Pavilion Angle 40.7
Crown % 15.1

I don't think that you can go wrong either way in this scenario. I did the same thing you did when buying... I compared a ACA to ES diamond. I ended up going with the ACA just because of the "mind-cleanliness". Knowing I had bought one of the best branded and cut diamonds on the market means something to me.

I will say this, you can trust the people at WF. Have them pull both stones and recommend one.

Out of those if the price is very similar, I'd probably go for the first. Higher colour, slighly larger and looks amazing.
