First attempt at flower pictures.

I have my first rose in my garden, and I took the chance to try my first (real) outdoor flower picture. I have to say, its not easy with the breeze!! I used my new emerald ring, and my mahange (I am sure you are all tired of that stone by now, but it matched the rose PERFECTLY).

The emerald is more pure green then in the pictures (with a hint of a blue glow), but I know many of you understand how hard it is to photograph emeralds!

Very beautiful photos RH, but I'm so perplexed at how certain pricescopers can dangle a tiny gem on the edge of a leaf of a flower. You ladies are crazy!!

That being said, your photos have improved by leaps and bounds since you first started posting. They're now better than mine (well, that isn't saying much, but you do take nice photos!!).

Thanks guys! I have practiced ALOT! I went to the keys for 2 weeks recently, and took tons of photos down there to practice (not to mention, bought my camera there) Its LOTS of fun, and even better when I can add gems to it!!!

My Mahenge actually fell into the mulch....I think my neighbors 4 blocks away heard me say a couple 4 letter words. But I found it!


Not gems, but eye candy none the less!! And arnt shells organic gemstones? LOL
