Finding lab diamonds to match natural I color round

Hello, I am thinking of making a 3 stone ring with round or pear sides with a 2ct I color round diamond. Would it be possible to find labs that are slightly low in color to match the center stone color? From looking at diamond search results lower colors seem to look very brown…
