What is the best way to find IF or F clarity princess cut diamonds? I have found very few on most online stores if any, are there just very few in existence?

IFs in general are quite rare. If you stick to the vs-vvs range (In a GIA or AGS graded stone) you will be getting a perfectly clean diamond. IFs are misleading because if you look at them under a microscope they're still quite flawed.

F is a good choice for a colorless stone, but also on the rarer side.

I'm not sure what size you're looking for.

Take a look at these:

BGD could have some nice ones too, but I'm having trouble accessing their site.

I would contact a vendor to source one for you. Probably GOG.
