Finding a matching diamond

so I have a 1/3 carat diamond pendant that my husband gave me 12 years ago. I never ever wear it. I was thinking of looking for a matching diamond to have earrings made?

The paperwork I have says its .33 carats, measures 4.38x4.38x2.85, good polish, good symmetry, color h-I, I1 clarity

I know it isn't the nicest of diamonds but would it be ok for earrings if I could find a match?

do you have a budget. I would just leave it as pendant the good/good does not make for really sparkley earrngs just my HO

I haven't really set a budget because I wasn't sure what was realistic? To match it. So I wanted to explore my options.
