I finally figured out the style of the ring I want to have the oval diamond I will purchase sit in. However, I have yet to find a center stone. I''m very confused by where to go. Friends tell me to check out the jewelery district here in Chicago, but isn''t whiteflash, james allen, or ERD a better deal? I noticed Blue Nile only offers very good cuts, and I assume I want an excellent/ideal cut, so I have ruled that site out. Please help!
Also, what color range should I stay in? I mean I have seen I color fancies and not seen any color. I want to spend no more than 13-14+ on a 2 carat or larger oval, so educated advice from any of you would be greatly appreciated.
