So essentially i think I am starting from scratch as my Fiance puts it. I already have my ring its a Jubilee in a lovely setting however, I don''t like the color (J) that I chose. I want a round diamond but it probably can''t fit in this setting hence why I am back where i started. I would love to keep my setting but I don''t think it''s gonna happen. I know that Jon and Marie will do all that they can for me tomorrow.

In an effort to make me happy and finalize the e-ring situation he has given be an extended budget of a total of 7k for the diamond and setting. So here''s the thing, Can you guys help me find some beautiful stones from GOG so when I go tomorrow I have a sense of what I want to see? And I figured I would get an inexpensive tiffany-style setting temporarily therefore maximizing my stone budget.

So here''s what I want:
1. An excellent cut, I love scintillation, brilliance and fire, thats most important to me.
2. A nice carat size. My current Jub. is 1.14 and I love the spread of rounds since I have a size 7.5 finger. So the bigger the better.
3. Color: I do not prefer J''s at all. My old stone was a POH and it was an E, I don''t need something that white, so H/I is fine.
4. Clarity: I really can never see inclusions. So I can do an I1 if necessary or SI1/Si2.

I figure this is it right now, so in lieu of the NBA final I want to go big or go home.

!!!!Thanks you guys!!!!

Thanks Lorelei, the 1.34 ct looks really nice, actually they all do!If you could choose just one what would you go for? Thanks a bunch!

You are very welcome! If I was choosing, I would grab the 1.34, also you will be able to see for yourself if it is eyeclean, what an advantage! But see what you think when you get there, they are all lovely diamonds!

Please let us know how you get on, and I wish you tons of luck in getting your dream stone!!

Lorelei, I love you! Grab the 1.34, I will look into doing that, lol!

I like that one too!

Those are all great choices! I''d choose the largest one that is eye clean!

On this diamond, What type of inclusion is this? http://www.goodoldgold.com/diamond/3525/ Thanks

They will have the AGS certificate which will tell you about the inclusions (and of course they can tell you there). I am not sure, but it might be clouds. The most important factor is for it to be eye clean, and Jon usually picks stones that are.

so how did things work out for you???
