few more questions - 2 sets of comparisons - which one to pick?

So I have 2 sets of comparisons from WF.

Comparison 1

second comparison with 2 diamonds

I think you guys told me about the first comparison. how are the 2 diamonds in the second set? opinions?

I think the F SI1 is well worth investigating, the second one I would pass.

The HIC score for the F SI1 is very good too. falls a little out of my price range but that baby is still under running for my vote . I made an excel sheet of the few i liked and ran it via AGA and HIC. Let me see if I can attach it as a JPG. James Allen''s pieces are falling under my price range and they have good HIC scores too.

No problem. here are the links. Also, i am adding one more. I just spoke to dave from JA and he recommended this E Si2. he said the other E Si2 has inclusion right at center and is not eye clean. the D SI1 has inclusions on corner which can be covered with prongs.

Thanks! They all look good, but I would pass on the F SI2 personally. So it is a case of now, seeing which you prefer, then narrowing down with the SI clarities which are eyeclean and price! Another thing to consider, you might want to compare the terms of the upgrade policies offered by Whiteflash and James Allen as you make your decision.

Thank you again. I think Wf''s upgrade policy seems better. I forwarded it to my husband to see what he thinks. I don''t think I will do any upgrades anytime soon but I will never say never when it comes to diamonds.

I am seriously considering the F SI1 from WF. If I get a basic setting for $600 (which is what I want) - i can bring the price down to $3385 which is not so bad

It is always nice to have options!

I like the F SI, check with WF that it is eyeclean to your standards to be safe, and the basic setting would be fine, I love a simple solitaire!

If Bob gives it the thumbs up, and says it is eyeclean, then no worries! He has an excellent rep and you can trust his opinion! It is natural to be a bit nervous, but WF are an excellent company and will take great care of you! How exciting you are getting close!

Bob called back and said the F Si1 is eye clean. I am waiting for DH to come home, so we can go try a ring at a B &M store just to see I got the ring size and then I might just order it tomm.
