Feral kitty shelter!

We have a feral cat that comes over a lot, we feed him and sometimes I see him sleeping on my outdoor furniture cushions. I made him a shelter today because it's going to be really cold this week!!

@soxfan Thank you! Wonderful shelter and hoping all the kitties stay safe and warm from the bitter cold that is coming.

I am so worried about our ferals and just praying they all stay safe. We have shelters all around and lots of food and will keep the water from icing as best we can since we will be here. Just hoping all the ferals everywhere can stay safe from harm. Winter is not kind to them.

If you're close to a socket, you could try a heated bed. Your styrofoam insulation is so clever!!!!

my heart breaks for ferrals and strays
Our Tibby was a stray
this past winter must have been so much nicer with a full belly and some meet on his bones
neither me or our 2 cats could imangine the cold yiu guys endure
but im sure amble food and a dry place out of the wind must make life a lot nicer

He didn't sleep in it last night or come around for food this morning I do know there is another neighbor that also shelters him, so maybe he was there. I'll update tomorrow. My ***hole chickens refused to go in the coop, they are roosting in the run. Hubby boarded it up with plywood so it's at least warm for them. I can't wait to add a new bird into this dysfuncional animal family.
