I kind of hate threads like this. Not gonna lie. OP, sorry you’re having to firesale your studs, I hope things get better for you. If there’s any possibility of holding off for more reasonable recoup - please do: Discounts are nice and all but this is extreme. At the very least remove the lower end of your ask range to prevent someone trying to take advantage of you by offering you below even that.
