Really just in the research phase to see what 1.8 ctw studs would cost because I think I want .90ish for each. These were diamonds DK sent to me so was just curious what the cuts were like.

Oh gosh, I hate to contradict DK.
They're definitely not what we would recommend for rings. But for earrings, maybe this is a go. The material looks clean, and the cut on the second one is symmetric.

He know A LOT more than I do about choosing diamonds. He's the one I had a transparency talk with this week (see @Texas Leaguer's great transparency post in Rocky Talky).

Also, I don't know what the going rate is anymore for stones bc of the tariffs.

At around $400/ct, this seems to be a great price, but @joe2 knows way more about that than I do. Hopefully someone who can actually help you will chime in soon!

EDIT: The more I look at the second, I like it. What I thought was pavilion twist is likely just bc it's lying on its side.
