My husband bought a ring from her for me, the ring was beautiful, but after about 9 times wearing it (it''s one of my "special" pieces so I only wear it out to dinner or to a wedding, etc) I noticed a baguette missing. Read up on their policy if you lose a stone, it''s laughable: "This is a very difficult area as occasionally stones do fall out. However, please read ALL of the following..........If you purchase a car and you drive it out of the lot, and some whacko on his cell phone, in his first H2 totals your car, I very much doubt that you would consider for one minute returning it to the lot for a refund ! Jewelry is in the same bracket..............the rules are the same. Shop around, trust the company you choose to do business with and have the knowledge that they have done everything in their power to sell you a product in-keeping with their standards of excellence". It seems to me that my situation was more like driving a car (slowly in a parking lot) less than 10 times and the bumper falls off. Basically, I was told tough luck, and they didn''t even offer to fix it at MY cost. They gave me some crap about how their retail prices are so low, that their replacement costs seem like "gauging". So, you sell a piece of jewelry that can''t live up to BASIC standards, and then are going to rip me off to fix it? LET THE BUYER BEWARE
