Since there''s a thread open about horses right now, and since I know several of us ride, and since this COULD be a great resource for ladies/gents who want to learn more... what are your favorite horse or riding related NON FICTION books?

Ride With your Mind - Mary Waneless
Natural Horsemanship Through Feel
Centered Riding
Yoga for Equestrians
The Horse Conformation Handbook (it''s large, with a chestnut horse on the front)
Blessed are the Broodmares

"The de Nemethy Method" by Bertalan de Nemethy ~ The jumper's bible!!!

"Hunter Seat Equitation" by George Morris ~ SUCH a classic, and a must-have!

"Centered Riding" by Sally Swift ~ Everything you need to know to improve your seat is in this book.

"That Winning Feeling" by Jane Savoie ~ Definitely get this one if you plan to do any showing.
