I was inspired by @dk168's steak thread and have been really into cooking lately.

What are everyone's favorite recipes? Here are some of mine:

Mmmmmm! These all sound yummy!
I do my pot pie in a similar way, but I make the white sauce right in the pan with the vegetables and chicken.
That marinade also sounds like a great salad dressing.

My favorite. 3/4 cup of couscous. Boil 1 cup chicken broth, add couscous, remove from heat, cover and let it stand for 15 to 30 minutes. Chop, 1 mango, 3 green onions, 1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro, mince 1 jalapeno add all to couscous. Use "Old Bay hot" seasoning to season 1 lb sword fish, first sprinkle olive oil over sword fish, then season with old bay season. Grill on an open grill ( I use a Le Cruiset stove top grill) - grill seasoned sword fish until done. While fish is grilling. Season couscous mixture with juice of one large lime, 1/4 cup rice vinegar and about 3 tbs olive oil. Serve cooked sword fish on top of a bed of couscous mixture.

This is a great dish - my very own recipe. I hope you like it!!!
