I would love some suggestions on plain 6 prong solitaires that allow flush fit bands. I really like the Vatche U113 but it appears to me that it doesn't allow flush fits. I also want something that has a relatively low profile. It is for a 2.13 ct OEC. Your thoughts will be greatly appreciated as I can't always tell what will truly allow a flush fit and I'm not fond of the gap.

The gap is small. It also helps keep the wedding band from hitting the prongs of the e-ring if the prongs are low. In fact, I like the slightest gap so that the rings don't look like one wide ring. Most of the popular solitaires here will have a small doughnut.

The only ring I can think of off hand with flush fit is Victor Canera's Evelyn with flush stems which could be made without pave, and I am sure he can make some of his other rings without a doughnut as well. Victor's would be my favorites.

This one looks like it would be flush fit, also.

I would say, look for a ring that is medium set rather than low. My ring is very low set and the basket interferes with the rings setting flush. It has to be up a bit so the wedding band can tuck under.
