Fashion Accessory Electronics?

My husband says I pick my electronics as fashion accessories - probably because they are pink. Do you go for a certain color of electronics as well?

Me too. When I had a black or silver cell phone the first thing I did was go online and fine some cool color cover for it.

If given a choice, I''ll chooses pink or purple. Even blue or green, rather than black or silver. But I didn''t pay $100 extra to get a pink laptop. I''m living with a black one.

Yours look fab! I am not really a pink girl and when it comes to electronics I am drawn to black and silver. Fling in a bit of sparkle( my FAVOURITE colour

) and I am sold!!

When I can, sure. I used to have an iMac and I picked it because I liked the color. I got the blue one. My husband, the computer geek, rolled his eyes when I told him. I replied by saying, "doesn''t everyone choose their electronics based on color?"

We have a boring black laptop now, but when I get my own, I''m getting a red one.

Disney77, I am like that too I just don’t want black or silver anymore. Luckily I haven’t had to pay extra for any of my pink fashion accessories. I like purple, blue and green as well.

ZoeBartlett, your husband sounds like mine. I like the red laptops too. They look great. They had a tiny Canon camera in red I almost bought - sad thing is it took better close up shots of jewelry and gems. Naturally I tried it on my ring in the store.

KittyGolightly, sweet! That is why I don''t have a Kindle; they don''t come in pink. I think about getting the 14 inch pink Vaio and was looking at Office Depot the other day. A young kid comes up and asks if he can help me, I tell him I am just looking, so he asks me what I am looking for and I say "pink". He just kind of says okay and walks off. Too funny!

Yes Pink Asscher I am another pink lover. I love your ring too. Most of my clothes are pink, green or blue. Your pink sparkly cell phone cover sounds great. I would love to see it if you get a chance to post a picture of it. Congratulations on having a baby girl; I am sure she''ll be wearing a lot of pink clothes.

Yes - I love pink and white electronics. I try to buy for function but once in a while I get sucked in - prime example is the Sony Viao P - that little netbook is a piece of crap and I bought it because it was pretty.

I say no, but I own the red BBerry, a pink running belt, and pink tennis shoes. And I say I'm not a "pink girl".

I have a blue iPod, but it was a gift. I don't know what color I'd get myself, probably the red one.

If I were to ever get an iphone, I would choose white and buy some cute cases

ETA: I would not buy an electronic solely based on color though.

Maevie, I wasn't in to green until DH talked me in to buying some green clothes. Now I probably have more green clothes than anything and of course that led to green sapphires and mint green garnets.

CharmyPoo, sorry to hear the little pink Sony Netbook is not to your liking. The reviews I read on the pink netbooks led me to seriously consider the little pink Toshiba but so far I have not bought one yet. DH has a black Acer netbook and I find it slow.

Beach Runner, it sounds like you are a pink girl. I have the pink NB running shoes - I hardly wear them because they are so pink I feel like my shoe size is 2 sizes bigger with them. My iPod is pink too - I should have included it in my photo. It's a pink Nano. I like blue and red too so either way I'd like what you have or get. I agree I wouldn't buy electronics solely on color but if I wanted to get something I would probably find a suitable one in a color I liked.
