I started this thread a couple of weeks ago to have a fun place for all of us who post on FHH to come together and chat. I forgot last Friday, sorry!

So post your rant and rave for the week!

Amelia started preschool, so....

Rant: I have to get up earlier, and Fridays I have to pack a lunch. It already feels like more to do, more to do. And it''s only the beginning!

Rave: I love that Amelia did well in Preschool this week and that I have my HOUSE TO MYSELF!!!!

Rant: I ran out of diet coke and am going through withdrawals.

Rave: My MIL is coming by in a bit with some diet coke for me

Rant: My boss JUST told me he needs me to fly to LA next week to have breakfast with an important customer. Yes, fly 3000 miles for a freaking omelette.

Rave: I get to stay in a fancy schmancy hotel in Santa Monica and have a whole bed to myself without any little late night visitors!
 
Rave: Mother''s Day weekend and spring!

Rant: it''s supposed to be chilly and rainy here.
 
Rant: This week has been stressful and tiring. Finals are coming up so there's only tons more work to be done tomorrow and Sunday morning before going to visit all the moms.

Rave: I sent flowers to my mom, stepmom, and MIL and they were all really happy. And I'm SO looking forward to some cuddle time and alone time with DH tonight.

Rant: Finals, my period, 8 major deadlines at work, and a huge IT outage at work all in 48 hours

Rave-It''s Friday and I have homemade keylime custard frozen yogurt waiting for me at home

Rant - Amelia keeps pulling my hair. Time out makes her giggle. It''s very annoying.

Rave -she''s all cuddly and snuggly, so it''s hard to get too annoyed.
 
Rant: People are morons and I''m at work until 9 and then on call all weekend and next week so I get EXTRA time to deal with stupidity. This had to happen the week I decide to take a vacation from sugar.

Rave: I have a legit excuse to barely leave the house so I can work on the console table I''m building, and I came in late this morning so I got to run AND go to yoga before work. And I had a Diet Pepsi because my vacation from sugar does not include soda since I drink it so rarely. This is strictly a vacation from candy/desserts. So I think I''m going to go get a Cherry Coke Zero.
 
Rant: Period. ''Nuff said.

Rave: I''m getting ready to head out with the girls!
 
Rave: After 2 months of Baby have severe arrhythmia and tons of dr appts, stressing out, thinking I was going to have my baby flown to a major hospital shortly after delivery, etc, Baby''s heart has completely changed and is absolutely perfect!

No rant, what do I have to be upset about?!?

Additional rant: Stupid machine gave me regular Coke Zero, not cherry. I am going to scream.
 
Rant: I have to set up and chaperone an 8th grade dance. When it''s over and I leave at 9:30pm, I will have been at school for 14.5 hours.

Rave: My parents and brother and his family are all coming in town to visit DH and I, and they think the reason is for Mother''s Day and for an Art Car Parade here in Houston. That is part of the reason. The other part is that we are announcing that we are 7.5 weeks pregnant!

Rant: I've hit a workout straight. The last five just WON'T COME OFF. And they need to before my dress fitting in three weeks.



Rave: We have a DJ!!! Which means we have all our major wedding vendors set, we just need to coordinate everything.

Rave: DH has fallen asleep with his head on my lap. It''s so cute.
 
It''s Saturday but I wanted to add to the thread.

Rant: DH just got called out for work and James is standing in the front door crying. He won''t stop and does not want to play or move.

Rave: It''s Mother''s Day tomorrow and I have a laundry list of stuff for DH to get done before our housewarming party next weekend.
