F Si1 vs G VS2

I am looking for really brillant 3 carat size round diamond.
My budget is limited, so I cannot afford the best of the best.

Please advise me which diamond spec is better for the ring. I will go with excellent cutting..

F Si1 or G Vs2 or F VS2 with faint flurescence...

Impossible to answer without complete stats on each of the stones (GIA report, pictures, depth, table size, angles, inclusions, price etc).

There is no way to answer that question. You can't select a diamond based solely on color and clarity. You have to take into consideration the cut quality of a stone.

From memory I think you save more by going down in clarity than you would in dropping colour.
The price drop from VS2 to SI2 can be huge, especially in the larger stones.
