Eye Clean ACA

WF is pretty reliable and honest in their assessments of ‘eye clean’, but if you want more assurance, I would ask for pics & a video (if possible) of the diamond in normal/natural daylight from approximately 10” and up closer to determine if I felt it was ‘eye clean enough’ for me. They are very good though, and if this diamond otherwise ticked all my boxes, I’d buy & have it shipped to me loose so I can see it for myself, as they have a very good return policy. If it doesn’t cut it, you can send it back. Of course, if you live overseas, I realize that may be more difficult with import duties, etc.

Alternatively, set the current video of the diamond to play, then back across the room a few feet, and see what you think about it. I’ve taken to doing that for videos that don’t have the ‘scale’ option to see if I can really see an inclusion or not because anything blown up so much as diamond videos tend to be will enable you to see a lot of things that you won’t IRL.

But if you are someone with eagle eyes, and/or it’s more of a “mind clean” vs. “eye clean” issue, then I’d bump clarity up to VS1 or higher in my search and adjust others if needed. Good luck! :wavey:

I wouldn't be concerned with the inclusions especially with an ACA. I would ask if it meets YOUR definition of eye clean.

Hi there. I think si1 is a good, but I don’t like this SI1 because of the twinning wisp in this stone. I am not as knowledgeable compare with many of people on here, but I heard it somewhere it can affect the light return? I am not sure, but I feel like I am seeing too much stuff on the stone base on the certificate.

Twinning wisps can affect light return but I wouldn't worry about it if it is a BGD, ACA, or CBI. I trust these vendors that it will be a non issue. My wife had a 1 ct SI2 from BGD and it had twinning wisps. No impact on the stone.
