Extremely Happy Bluenile Customer!!

I had originally posted this thread...https://www.pricescope.com/community/threads/bent-platinum-ring-from-bluenile.99712/ and am writing to let everyone know that after dealing with Bluenile''s Customer service I am more then happy! I got an opportunity to discuss my concerns about the ring and I feel that they understood what I was saying and where I was coming from as well they were very educational and understanding and are now repairing the ring and I am hoping to have it back on my finger soon! If anything I have learned a lesson that Platinum is strong, but by no means indestructible. I am just so pleased with their customer service and their prompt replies as well I really do love their product. I would most definitely refer all of my friends to Bluenile and already have.
