Hello :wavey: ,

Firstly, I'd like to say that pricescope has been an amazing resource and that I've learned a ton while lurking here for a long time. I'm about to pull the trigger on a diamond but I am concerned with the girdle reaching inclusion at 6:00 in the photograph.

Will there be any issues with putting a prong directly over this girdle inclusion? Would a jeweler even be willing to do it or would they not want to risk cracking the diamond? Should I just take the risk since I am planning on getting insurance anyway?

Thanks ahead of time for the input

No way to tell with just an image. Only the vendor with the diamond in hand can say. And as for the setting, up to individual jeweler's opinion so best to have the vendor selling you the diamond set it if he says it can be done.

Ditto - definitely ask the vendor, but from the photo it looks like a very well-placed inclusion in terms of setting - close to the girdle, compact enough to fit under/near a prong, and in the middle of the very low, flat kite facet...
