Hello fellow PSers. I want to first thank you for all the good advices that have been given here. This is a great forum and I've found that I learned a great deal just from reading around. Today I have a question for those who have had experiences with Eternity Diamonds. How successful are you in requesting images for the diamond that you have ordered? The reason I'm asking is I'm thinking of requesting for a photo of the diamond after they've received it (but before mounting) and another photo after they've mounted it on the setting that I have also purchased from them. I wanted to make sure that if there is any flaw on the diamond that it wasn't due the mounting itself, however unlikely it is. Do they give you a hard time for such request?
Also, do they charge you a fee for mounting the diamond on the setting that are both bought from them? Do they automatically mount it without you asking them to? It might seem obvious but I just wanted to make sure.
