Experiences with Canadian Diamonds Wholesale Ltd.?

I am about to have an engagement ring made (including sourcing a loose diamond from them) by Canadian Diamonds Wholesale http://www.diamondfile.com/

Has any dealt with them previously? If so, your feedback, both positive and negative would be greatly appreciated.

As an aside, do you guys have any good bargaining strategies with these wholesales?
