I lurked around this forum for about 3 months. I contacted several vendors that newbies had positive experience with. I found all online vendors very very helpful unlike many retail stores. I finally received my e-ring. I love it! We bought a Tacori setting with Dems jewelry. Dems had the best price out of 3 stores I''ve checked out (both online and retail). What you get is what you pay for so I figured I will sacrifice service. I was willing to wait so no problem there. If he wasn''t as helpful, no problem there too as long as I get the same Tacori model I asked for. That''s really all I wanted out of this. I cannot believe the level of service that I received from Steve. It was a great experience. No pressure, no sales talk, gave some advice here there but I''ve done my homework so I basically just looked for red flags from him. Suspected nothing. Passed my screening with flying colors. My experience with Dems felt like I was actually working with a family member who was really there for my best interest.
I am not one that take the time out to write out a recommendation but this time I really feel I have to to let others know that there is someone out there that truly cares about you first, than the money that goes in their pocket and that is DEMS Jewelries. His website is www.demsjewelers.com. His website is not as fancy as others. Not sure if this is one of the reason he can keep his prices within reach.
If you are shopping around, you owe it to yourself to check DEMS out. We are buying our bands from DEMS too.
