Experience with B2C Jewelers

Hi,

I found a potential stone using price scope's search tool. It is one of those stones that is listed by more than one seller (B2C and Solomon Brothers)- so I am assuming it is available to other sellers as well. B2C offers free shipping and free returns. I do not know if they will photograph the stone or take ideal scope or other photos before sending (I have an ideal scope but I am not confident that I know how to use it correctly).

The stone I'm looking at passes the HCA rejection tool - so I'm not sure where to go from here. If it were available from a place like Whiteflash or James Allen I would feel more confident since I see that they have very fine reputations here on PS. I don't see much mention of B2C or James Allen, so I am wondering if they are well regarded.

What do you want? We can find you something nice at a vendor you are more comfortable dealing with.

Ask them for the idealscope and ASET images, they can get them for some diamonds. I've nver bought from B2C, but emailed back and forth (with Rio) and the customer service was excellent. The only reason I didn't go with them was because they didn't have the setting I liked.

Correction - I didn't mean to say that I don't seem much about B2C AND James Allen. What I meant was "I don't see much mention about B2C or Solomon Brothers." Of course, I do see that many people have very positive things to say about James Allen. I apologize for the error. Using the diamond search feature on PS, I have found listings from B2C and Solomon brothers, but I don't know much about either nor have I read many reviews about either.
