Excel diamonds- is this a trusted online vendor/shop?

Hi all,

I just wanted to confirm that Excel diamonds is a trusted diamond vendor? I am looking at buying an engagement ring from them as they have nice stock and good prices.

Yes, they are a legitimate online vendor. My original e-ring and first upgrade were purchased from Excel, over 10 yrs ago. However, at the time they carried, in-house, their own line of H&A stone and had an reasonable upgrade policy. I believe in recent years, their inventory is now virtual stones only and they no longer have an upgrade policy.
