EW Bypass setting for Marquise?

Has anyone seen a stock east west bypass style setting for a marquise? Similar to this but for a marquise and in WG or YG? (this particular from boone rings and in TI)

Hmm, that''s a tough one since bypass is less common and that shape is uncommon. I went through 36 pages of google images searching for "bypass marquise ring" and "east west bypass marquise ring" and turned up nothing.

Here''s the only thing I found:

I don''t think it would be too hard to make though since the shape is conducive to bypass. And I think it could look really good esp if it''s a pretty thin bypass.
