Hello, I plan on purchasing a stone of similar qualities as the following, and I would like to know what the least attractive feature of this stone will be, and should I sacrifice any one area for another..
Thanks in advance for any advice.....

Round
.62 Carats
Depth 60.9%
Table 56%
Girdle - Very thin to thin, Faceted
Culet NONE
Finish EX/EX
Clarity VS1
Needle, Pinpoint, Internal Graining
Color - F
Flour. - NONE

I do not know how the girdle effects the diamond, nor do I know the "needle, pinpoint, internal graining" terminology......

Aside from those, it looks pretty appealing in terms of quality.

What does everyone think?

Very thin = could be bad news.

The most important thing is cut and there isnt enough info to comment on it with that one.

Very thin, COULD be a ''red light'' on this particular diamond. However, no major lab reports how much of the girdle is very thin.

IF it is a very minor portion, that MAY not be an issue, but if the girdle is very thin, say for 60% of the stone, I''d stay away from it.

However, I have also seen lab reports that say very thin, and upon examining the stone it isn''t a problem.

There is certainly no shortage of stones this size, so perhaps you might consider a stone without this type of characteristic.
