Euro Shank

I am planning to buy a diamond between .90ct and 0.95ct. Ring size is slightly over 5. Do I have to worry about tilting the diamond sidewsys once mounted -bottom line - do I have to get the Euro corners for the custom made setting I am considering? Please HELP!!! Time is running out.

What's the setting you're considering? How wide is the shank?

A wider shank spins much less. Post a pic if you have one or let us know how wide the shank is going to be. That will help lots.
