I have already received some gifts off of my registry!! They are from family and were sent to my house. I should send out thank you notes now correct? I know there are threads on this but I cannot find them. Please point me in the right direction..Thank you in advance!!

Yep - send those notes out within 2 weeks of receiving the gift, regardless of whether the wedding has happened yet

I have an engagement party coming up and that is one part I am excited about. I mean, obviously I am excited to see my friends and celebrate our engagement, but who are we kidding - we all like the gifts too, right?
