eternity band as engagement ring

I am a new user to this forum and have been reading it for some time. My question is that most things I read are about single larger diamonds such as a one ct solitaire but my girlfriend doesn''t want a typical engagement ring, she doesn''t want anything flashy she wants an eternity band. I have been looking at a few, but I am very indecisive and always second guessing myself so I thought maybe I could get some expert advice from you guys.

(this ring listed directly above is the only one that gave me the cut, I was wondering if anyone knew why the others didn''t)

I realize that the color and clarity aren''t all that great but all the eternity bands seem to be roughly the same. Is it because it would be less noticeable in a cluster of small diamonds. My budget is between around 2-3000 and any suggestions or advice would be great. Thank you.

Tiffany''s has some really pretty ones if you''re looking for other ideas for types of bands. Many can be replicated by the other popular PS vendors.

Here is one I really liked that Whiteflash did as a custom piece. I believe BN has something similar (non-custom).

BTW, I love the look of an eternity band as an e-ring. A very understated but pretty look IMO.

Well I am no expert, but from what I have learned here you have to find a vendor that uses quality melee(small diamonds). The melee is not certified so you just have to find a vendor with a reputation for using quality melee.

I have heard that whiteflash does and I think they will custom make anything you find. I am sure that others could suggest more vendors that use quality melee.
