anybody seen m. khourdipouri''s stuff in person? i like the delicacy of his semi bezel set eternity rings.
the prices seem pretty darn competitive too.
any thoughts?
for drooling purposes, the site is www.estatediamondjewelry.com
beautiful stuff.
They operate out of 47th Street here in NY and the items in the window are by far some of the nicer estate pieces on the street-level of NYC''s Diamond District. They have reproduction pieces, and NOT ALL are original estate. Ask first. But they are reputable and established in the business. Just in case, ask for their return policy to be explained before buying.
thanks for the information. i've been drooling over their eternity bands and engagement rings with sapphires and emeralds. the rings look beautiful, and it's the delicacy of the bezels that i was wondering about.
for instance, there is a gorgeous emerald cut semi bezel eternity ring that is simply stunning (i mean like, look at it every 5 minutes for an hour at work kind of stunning...but no one here would understand that, right??
). the bezels are so low profile and delicate, i was wondering if they were effective in holding all of that rock-age in!
i've heard the work at signed pieces is very very fine, but the settings at khordipouri's website seem more creative and fine. he seems to work with more OEC's and a larger variety of color grades. (making for more friendly pricing?)
