Hey Everyone,

First post here, I''ve read ALOT, and learned alot, so I just wanna thank everyone for all the great info and photos, definately helping make a decision, as I tend to be very indecisive!

Anyways, I''m looking for an ER and was initially set on a WF H&A diamond around 1ct in a solitare setting. However the more I researched and looked at all of your beautiful rings, I am now leaning toward a Tiffany Novo style setting, but not sure weather to go for a WF H&A or a GOG Square H&A, and I would like some opinions on the 2 stones I''ve somewhat narrowed it down to. I know they are very different stones, but in terms of quality of stone what would you choose and why? And is there anything else you would suggest?

Here they are:

They are both beautiful, but you are sacrificing a lot of size with the square H&A stone. As pretty as I think they are, they often look pretty round once set, so I''m not sure it''s worth the size sacrifice if you like the round just as much KWIM?

Yes I do know what you mean! And that was also one of my concerns, which I forgot to mention, I''m VERY glad you brought that up! Do you think this will be a noticeable or large difference in size?

Depends on what your definition of large is. But yes, I think there is a big difference to the eye between those two MM sizes personally...
