Ering repair in Washington state?

I have a surprise diamond that fell out and was wondering if anyone knows of an any places in the state of Washington that would be able to repair it in store without having to send it out anywhere? It seems that all the mall stores would have to send it out.

Up top under Resources and Local Jewelers you might check around here is a link https://www.pricescope.com/jewelers_WA.aspx. Can you send it back to the vendor where you bought it?
