I was looking on the ERD website and saw that under the Premium cut section there were several stones listed with K and L color. Under the explanation of the color it says the K and L would look no different than colorless diamonds to the untrained eye. I''ve read great things about Mark and ERD on PS, so should I assume that a premium cut RB with lower color might still face up very white? Would the sides still look very yellow?

THANKS!

With those colors, you'll notice there's nothing written underneather the "COLOR" header on the details page; I think you're clicking on the link/pop-up? And i believe the pop-up is incorrect (I think it's supposed to be for an "E" color?)?

This is what it says on the website for a "J":

Color: J
This diamond, when cut to ideal proportions, produces a warm brilliancy not found in the higher grade colors. As the least expensive diamonds in the near-colorless range, J-color diamonds present the best value in diamond color, so you can buy a larger diamond for the price. Note: If this diamond has medium or strong blue fluorescence, its slight tint will be partially masked, making the diamond appear whiter to the eye.

I honestly believe it's a site error (they didnt sell diamonds below a J til recently so maybe they didn't have a chance to update the color descriptors)?

Depending on how color-sensitive you are, you'll likely see some warmth, even from face-up, on a K-L?

Thanks Pupper, I think you are correct about the site error.
