Engraving added to an existing ring?

I'm thinking of doing this to my WB for my bday. Someone on here had a beautiful example of doing this, but I forget who. Thx in advance.

I'm having the same thing done. Will post pics when it arrives. Just doing an orange blossom floral pattern on a thin platinum band.

[I wish we could manage our photos on PS. When you have hundreds, it takes quite an effort to find a particular one.]
