Engagement Ring Box

Hi, does anyone know where I could get an engagement ring box like this attachment? I got the picture from exceldiamonds.com, they give it out when you buy a vatche setting from them? I tried calling them and couldn''t get an answer on where to get it and they will not sell me just the box. Thanks for the help!!

Although I don''t like ebay for large purchases...I would totally search ebay for something small like this.
