Eng Ring Chubb Insurance - Referrals for agents in LA area?

Hi everyone,

Does anyone have any insurance agent referrals in the Los Angeles area? After reading some of the past posts and talking with my appraiser, I''m interested in a standalone Chubb policy with the cash payout with all the various coverages (mysterious loss, outside the residence etc, I basically do not want to have the chance of losing this thing anywhere).

Also, if anyone has any better suggestions, I''m all ears. Is it true that Chubb is better than Jewelers Mutual when you have a more expensive ring? Are there any other insurance companies I should be considering?

Does anyone use Gemshield as an eng. ring insurance carrier? Any thoughts? Good, bad, ugly?

Our store is in the LA area... Burbank, actually..... We use and recommend Jeweler''s Mutual to our customers. Their LA-area coverage is higher then other parts of the country for obvious reasons, but that''s true of almost all other carriers anyhow.

It''s not a cash out policy, it''s a replacement policy, which is why the rates are very competitive.

Thanks for the advice, the Chubb policies seem hard to get and very expensive. Looking at either Jeweler''s Mutual or Gemshield.
