Emerald Cut

Hi,

I am new to this forum but have been lurking around in some previous post about emerald cut diamonds.

I am on the hunt to buy an emerald cut. Although I have been trying to do my homework, it's still hard to know what to look for.

I would like to buy from James Allen since they have a setting I like. I have found two diamonds I would like your opinions on.

They are both small in comparison to what I have seen in other posts, but I do live in Sweden were these would be considered large since the tradition is to wear a plane gold band.

Of those 2 I think the second stone is better. The first one is showing too much black straight on. The .81 looks nice. You need to
ask JA for an aset image of the .81. You get 3 total if you want to pick 2 more stones to compare.

Thank you for your input! I thought you might find the second one being the better one.

I have been thinking about aset images as well but I am not sure on how to read them...

If I ask for aset images is there any point of doing that if I only have one diamond that I am interested in? I have been trying to find two more but haven´t had any luck in finding something that look as good as the .81

I have been looking at these to earlier, although I think the 0.81 looks better...

I have decided to ask for aset images after all but would appreciate your opinion on which ones to choose.

do you think I should ask for the aset on any one of those to in my last post as well? Or should I look for something else?

I think it will beat all the others. But if you want to ask for ASETs on three, you could add the .80 G VVS.
