I am a little confused as to how to get this thing to work.

I went to view this diamond from diamondexpert.com and then when I go here - it just comes up all blank.
Is there something I need to specifically download to get it to work right?

Some older Elmyr-reports (Visagem is the new official name) do not work well on Mozilla. Maybe that is the problem. If not, let me know, and I will get their webmaster fix it tomorrow.

It''s a problem with the Flash player plug in.
I had the same with my 3.02ct.
Use IExplorer, you won''t have spyware or pop-up''s on Elmyr...
