Electric Razor Recommendations

My Dad wants a new one for Christmas. He said not to spend an arm and a leg. I'm clueless when it comes to these things. He is 77 years old. Help!

Is he a creature of habit? I'd suggest getting the newer version of his existing razor if he likes it well enough. Hopefully one that is similar in features and options.

And buy it from a vendor that's local to them in case he wants to return it like a bed bath and beyond or a Costco etc

Thanks, PintoBean. His existing one broke and I'm not sure what kind it was. He did specify dry shave. I was looking at Costco, but they don't have a local store. The closest store is Walmart, but Target and Macy's aren't too far away.

Do you know if his previous electric shaver had rotating heads or was a "foil" shaver? If you don't know, I'd come right out and ask him what his preference is (my dad strongly favored rotary shavers).
