What is the reputation of EGL certifications? Are they reliable?

EGL are said to grade less strictly than the top 2 labs GIA and AGS in some cases with EGL USA being the strongest out of the EGL labs, overseas branches such as EGL Israel and so forth are thought to be less accurate than EGL USA.
