Eek! A little help?

Hi All!
I just popped in here and although I've been on this style forum before I can't seem to figure out how to change my password. I have a randomly generated one but I'd like to change it to something I might have a fighting chance of remembering.

I know it's probably right in front of my eyeballs and I'm just missing it but I sure would appreciate a little direction.
