I've been trying to find a way to help with this. I think the 1st dibs pics may help. So, you can use your actual measurements of your ECs and see if the proportions are similar. Just remember than the bezel measurement suggested below include the metal.
BLUE = EC, Orange=Traps, Red=bullet (to the tip)
Picture on the LEFT. From the side, the width of the top stone is 2.12Xwith width of the traps+bezel. Width means east to west in this photo on the left. The EC is 2.19xwider than the bullet is long to the tip.
Picture on the RIGHT. From the top, the height EC is 1.64 times the height of the traps (metal + diamond). The EC is 3.52xtaller than the bullet is wide.
