eBay vendor - Pompeii3 - any experiences to share?

Hi - cross posted in hangout, but recommended the thread be brought to RT.

I had a coworker come in to the office yesterday and she had a beautiful princess channel set band on, that her husband found via eBay vendor first, then after a few customer service chats, went direct to their website. They will upgrade the diamonds, as she had her ring set with F/G VS instead of the posted G/H I.

Has any one purchased thru this company? any feedback? Other than my office mate, who was really pleased - I don't think I've seen them mentioned before on PS.

I took a look at their ebay feedback. More than a few people complaining that diamonds are overgraded and photos do not accurately describe actual jewelry received.
