So. I have made a few recent jewelry sales on ebay. (I really dislike that they take so much of the money. It's quite ridiculous.) Anyway, I sold a natural diamond ring to a lady. You all know the deal with authenticity checks required on ebay now. This person buys and pays. I go to print the label, and it's a PO Box. The authenticator's address is usually in CA and has numbers and special letters that identify the buyer. This address was on the printable ebay label. How did this happen? What should I do? I canceled the order and relisted it so we could go through the authenticator as ebay requires. She purchases again with the same address! She did end up sending a street address as well after I asked. Does this sound like a scam???
