Why are these diamonds so cheap??? on ebay

he or she even shows the apprasial prices...

if this is true then why and how is it so cheap... this tells me that apprasial prices are NOT true.

Pls. advise.
 
There is little cut info and I would bet that they are not great cuts. Also the labs they are using are not GIA or AGS which I prefer.
