i cant seem to find any info if the recommended etailers (bluenile, whiteflash, niceice) sell canadian diamonds and if they do are they at a premium price?

Ask them specifically to get you one. In most cases they will.

Check with dirtcheapdiamonds.com. I think that they have Canadian diamonds. Here is a dumb question, what is the difference? Are they supposed to be better or worse in some shape or form?

NiceIce is the only etailer that I know of who can get well-cut Canadian diamonds, so I'd give them a try. Non-branded Canadian diamonds carry a low premium, if at all.

Canadian diamonds don't pass through DeBeers' hands, which is a plus for some people who don't like their business practices, and may carry other sentimental meanings. For example, my SO is Canadian, so we were going to get a Canadian diamond because of that. (He ended up getting a sapphire, he says, but I haven't seen it yet)
